The 19-year-old left-back has joined French club Nice in a deal worth up to £6 million.
He joined the French side last summer and has been with them ever since.
He is expected to play in their first game against Spain on Wednesday.
The France international is the son of former France coach Laurent Pouliot and has played for Lyon and FC Porto in his career.
He scored a brace in the Euro 2016 qualifier against Spain and was named in the France squad that beat Portugal 4-0 on Friday.
He has made five appearances for Nice, scoring once, in the Europa League.
